Panasonic has moved a notch on their recently released Eluga Ray 500. When it comes to the performance, there are no known issues yet. The batteries are good, the camera takes good pictures, and the availability of adding an extra storage is available.
As of the moment, there seem no issues yet to be found but there is a possible issue when you lose data. Although, there has never been a report of losing or lost data especially important as messages. But, it’s important to be prepared in scenarios like these which happens in other devices in other brands.
Trying to recover a deleted message rarely happens but if an instance where a message is needed to recover it in a Panasonic smartphone, then it’s important.
Download and install Dr. Fone from Wondershare. It’s a recovery software for lost data For Android users.
After installation, you need to do these first.
Connect your Panasonic Ray 500 to your computer. When it’s identifying it, you’ll be prompted to turn on your USB Debugging mode in the settings.
In this step, you’ll need to select the third option “For Android 4.2 higher.” As unbelievable it may seem, Panasonic improved in its specs and can compete with other brands devices and have an Android 7.0 Nougat platform.
This step is where a new window opens for your selection of data to recover and that data is messages. For a quicker way to do it, choose the top under Standard mode to the only scan recently deleted ones. This is a faster way to narrow even more the search of the message file instead of looking of all the files.
In the advanced mode option, it’s where you search for a file that’s not been located. Remember that this option takes a lot of time scanning for all the files. Don’t fret though since this step rarely happens.
In this step, Wondershare will scan on the specific option you chose earlier and will respond accordingly. Once you have found the file you’re looking for, click the message and click Recover button.
If you can’t recover all of it, be sure to before doing a recovery that you will need to fully register it for limitless recovery.
Wondershare Dr. Fone is been able to recover a lot of data (messages) on any devices and Panasonic is not an exemption. Even if it’s a newly released smartphone it doesn’t mean its data can’ be recovered once deleted.
