Recover Deleted Contacts From Android SIM Card
Step 1: Install and Run the Android Recovery Tool
The first is that you will have to do is download Android Data Recovery software on your computer. You can do this by clicking on the download button on the current page. After you have downloaded the software, install it on your computer. The installation process does not take a lot of time. Now run the software on your computer.
Step 2: Connect Android to Computer and Enable USB Debugging and Start Scanning
Now, connect your device bearing the SIM card to your computer and check if you have enabled USB debugging on your Android phone. If it is not enabled, follow the steps below to do it.
For Android 4.2 or newer: Enter “Settings” > Click “About Phone” > Tap “Build number” for several times until getting a note “You are under developer mode” > Back to “Settings” > Click “Developer options” > Check “USB debugging”
For Android 3.0 to 4.1: Enter “Settings” > Click “Developer options” > Check “USB debugging”

On Android Data Recovery, you can select the data that you want to scan. For example, now if you want to recover contacts only, you can select “Contacts“ for the reason that it takes less time to scan only contacts than scan all the data existing on the device.
Step 4: Preview and Restore Contacts on Android
The scanning will take a little time depending on the amount of data that has o be scanned. Now, because you are selecting data to scan, it will notify you when the contacts have been scanned. You can then, stop the scan. Then you can preview all contacts one by one in the scan result and select the ones you want to retrieve and click “Recover” to save them on your computer.
It is advisable to always keep a back up of not only contacts but all data on your phone to the computer. And also keep in mind that once you see data missing in your phone, stop using your phone immediately. This will increase the chances of recovering the lost data from your phone.
